Arrive in Kaziranga and settle into your wildlife lodge, surrounded by the lush landscapes of Assam. After check-in, take some time to relax and soak in the tranquil atmosphere of the wilderness. Enjoy a leisurely cup of tea as you prepare for the days of exploration ahead, followed by dinner and a comfortable overnight stay. Your Kaziranga safari adventure begins the following morning.
Begin the day with an early cup of tea and a quick breakfast before heading out for your first Jeep safari into Kaziranga National Park. Explore the vast elephant grasslands, wetlands and forested stretches in search of the park’s iconic Greater One-Horned Rhinoceros, elephants, wild water buffalo, swamp deer and, with luck, the Royal Bengal Tiger.
Return to the lodge after the morning safari for some time to relax. Later, set out for your second safari, exploring a different landscape and following the advice of your expert naturalist and driver. Return to the lodge after the drive for tea, dinner and a restful night.
Rise early with tea and a quick breakfast before embarking on your third safari. As the morning light spreads across the grasslands, explore Kaziranga’s rich mosaic of wetlands, riverine forest and open country, watching for wildlife along the tracks and water bodies.
After returning to the lodge, enjoy some time to rest before lunch. In the afternoon, head out for your fourth safari, taking another route through the reserve. Every drive brings new possibilities, from close encounters with rhinoceros and elephants to the distant alarm call that may signal a tiger. Return to the lodge for tea, dinner and your final night in Kaziranga.
