Ol Pejeta Conservancy is set against the backdrop of Mount Kenya, is one of Kenya’s most important wildlife conservation areas. It is renowned for its successful conservation of black and white rhinos, as well as its role in protecting the last two northern white rhinos. The conservancy also supports lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, cheetah and the endangered Grevy’s zebra, combining exceptional safari experiences with pioneering conservation and community initiatives.
Maasai Mara National Reserve is Kenya’s legendary wildlife theatre, celebrated for its sweeping golden plains and extraordinary concentration of predators and plains game. The Mara offers superb sightings of lion, leopard and cheetah, alongside elephant, buffalo, giraffe and vast herds of wildebeest and zebra. Aberdare National Park is forever linked with one of the most remarkable moments in royal history. On 5 February 1952, the 25-year-old Princess Elizabeth and the Duke of Edinburgh spent the night at Aberdare.That night, her father, King George VI, died in England, making Elizabeth Queen. She had arrived in Kenya as a princess; by the time she left Aberdare, she was Queen Elizabeth II
The 2019 photorealistic remake of The Lion King was also created digitally rather than filmed on location. The Masai Mara influenced the look of the Pride Lands, while the Ndoto Mountains and Chyulu Hills influenced Pride Rock. Mount Kenya and Aberdare helped inspire the Cloud Forest.
itinerary
On arrival early morning at Nairobi International Airport, our representative will meet you and drive you to Aberdare Country Club. You will checkin rest and have lunch in a scenic area there. You will carry an over-nighter bag to ” The Ark ” with you. From the club you will be transerrferd in the ARK’S vehicle to Aberdare.On arrival, you have the rest of the day at leisure.
Enjoy breakfast, check out and drive to Ol Pejeta Conservancy, check in for lunch followed by an afternoon game drive in the park till evening.
Early morning enjoy a game drive with packed breakfast and later return to the camp to get fresh and transfer to Nanyuki airstrip for a flight to Masai Mara.
On arrival at Masai Mara, your new guide will meet you and transfer to the camp. Enjoy lunch followed by an afternoon game drive at Masai Mara.
