Five Jeep safaris in Kanha National park

Kanha is celebrated as the last stronghold of the hard-ground Barasingha (swamp deer) in India. Once on the brink of local extinction, this distinctive deer became the focus of dedicated conservation efforts within Kanha. Today, its herds can often be seen moving gracefully across the park’s open meadows, particularly around the wetlands and grasslands. With their elegant antlers and striking appearance, the Barasingha have become an enduring symbol of Kanha’s remarkable conservation success story.

Day 1

Raipur to Kanha

Arrive at Raipur and drive towards the wilderness of Kanha National Park. The journey takes you from the city into the tranquil landscapes of Central India, gradually giving way to forests and rural countryside. On arrival, check in to your wildlife lodge and settle into your surroundings. Enjoy a leisurely cup of tea as you unwind after the journey, followed by dinner and a restful overnight stay, ready for the first safari adventure the following morning.

Day 2

Kanha

Begin the morning with an early cup of tea and a packed breakfast before heading out for your first safari of the day. Explore Kanha’s magnificent Sal forests, bamboo groves and open meadows, accompanied by an expert naturalist and driver. Keep watch for the Bengal tiger, leopard, dhole, gaur, sambar, chital and the rare Barasingha.

Return to the lodge after the morning safari for some time to relax. Later, set out again for your second safari, exploring another part of Kanha’s diverse landscape. Return to the lodge after the drive for tea, dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3

Kanha

An early morning start with tea and a packed breakfast prepares you for another full day in the wilderness. Head out for your third safari, exploring the forest and grasslands in search of Kanha’s extraordinary wildlife. Your safari route will be determined by your expert naturalist and driver according to recent sightings and wildlife movement.

After returning to the lodge and enjoying some time to rest, set out once again for your fourth safari in the afternoon. Experience the changing character of Kanha as the forest comes alive towards evening. Return to the lodge for tea, dinner and your final night in the wilderness.

Day 4

Kanha to Raipur

Rise early for your fifth and final safari, with tea and a packed breakfast to enjoy along the way. Make the most of your last opportunity to explore Kanha’s spectacular wilderness and search for its magnificent wildlife.

Return to the lodge after the safari and complete your check-out. Bid farewell to Kanha and begin your journey back towards Raipur, carrying with you memories of an unforgettable wildlife experience.

CONFIRMATION POLICY

- 50% Advance for booking of the trip and package along with scanned id proof photocopy like valid passport, voter card(India), adhar card(India), driving licence (India)
- The guest has to pay the difference amount if the Safari cost increases for the new season even after the package is booked.
- The guest is liable to pay the safari cost difference if anyto the service provider .
- Safari rates are considered as per weekends. If the guest is travelling on weekdays there will be a marginal discount on pricing.

PAYMENT TERMS POLICY

- 50 % at the time of booking the package
- 25 % on or before 60 days before the start of the tour
- Remaining 25% 30 days before the start of the tour

REFUND POLICY

- No Refund on Safari booking. 50% Refund on accommodation if cancelled 45 days before the trip.
- 25% Refund on accommodation if cancelled 30 days before the trip.
- Zero Refund on accommodation if cancelled within 30 days before the trip.
